Your first scheduled cleanup is completely free — no matter how much is already out there. After that free visit is done, your monthly membership begins.
02Do you charge an initial cleanup fee?+
No. No initial cleanup fee, no setup fee, no judgment. The first scoop's on us.
03When do I get charged?+
Not when you sign up. You pay $0.00 today. Your monthly membership starts after your free first scoop is completed, and renews monthly from that date — not on the 1st of every month.
04Why do you need my card if the first scoop is free?+
Your card reserves your spot on a route and lets us start your membership automatically after the free visit. It's stored securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
05Do I need to be home?+
Nope. As long as we can safely get into the yard, you can be anywhere.
06What happens if my gate is locked?+
We'll let you know we couldn't get in and work with you to fix access. Gate codes and access notes help us avoid this entirely.
07Do you service yards with multiple dogs?+
Absolutely. Pricing covers 1 to 4 dogs, and we build custom plans for bigger packs.
